Worth Abbey, a Community of English Benedictine monks living a life of Prayer & Hospitality – with a vibrant Parish and Retreat House is looking to appoint a Hospitality Coordinator to join the Abbey team soonest.

The successful applicant will assist the Hospitality Director for Worth Abbey to implement the strategy for letting out of the Worth Abbey site including St Bruno’s, Compass House, the Bermondsey Huts, Abbey Church venues and church events, in a manner consistent with its values, assisting in maximising the commercial potential of the retreat centre and associated buildings.  

The postholder will be expected to be loyal to the aims and objectives of the Abbey and to have regard to the Benedictine ethos and the Roman Catholic character of the Abbey.
