From September 2025 Worth School is seeking to appoint three passionate Youth Ministers to join its Forerunner Youth Ministry team and support the religious and faith mission of Worth School. This is a one year, possibly two-year, fixed term contract.

To be a Forerunner is to prepare the way for encounter with Jesus Christ. Empowered by a shared life of prayer, Forerunners embrace both a charismatic and contemplative lifestyle that points to Jesus, witnesses to the power and credibility of His Gospel, establishing a culture of discipleship at Worth and its partner schools.

Formation.

Worth School provides Forerunners a unique opportunity to grow in faith, drawing on the rich wisdom of the Monastic community at Worth and the Catholic leadership of the school.

Typical Forerunner responsibilities would include:

·        Delivering programmes of evangelisation to all Year groups

·        Discipling your designated house through.

·        Contributing to our culture of discipleship through prayer, pastoral presence and mentoring with both pupils and staff.
