Bishop Richard visited pupils and staff at St Mary Magdalene Catholic Primary School in Bexhill on Monday with parish priest Fr Simon Dray. During the visit Headteacher Mr Damien McKeever presented the Bishop with a beautiful framed picture of the school’s vision “Let your Light Shine”.

As well as celebrating Holy Mass, Bishop Richard visited a number of classrooms, blessing the school's new prayer garden, new nature area, and the Stations of the Cross which the children had created using mosaics - Bishop Richard particularly enjoyed the songs performed by the school's newly formed 'Matilda Club'!
