A new series of talks aims to help participants live lives empowered by the Holy Spirit

The Promise of the Father is an exciting new series of talks for people across the Diocese of Arundel & Brighton in support of The Word Who is Life Pastoral Plan. The series, which starts on Wednesday 10 April at Cathedral Centre, Arundel - and online - aims to help participants to live lives empowered by the Holy Spirit, with seven talks led by renowned speakers. The programme runs from 10 April-23 May:

Wednesday 10 April, 8pm-9.30pm: ‘The New Eve’, Fr Graham Ricketts (Dean of Worthing Deanery)

Wednesday 17 April, 8pm-9.30pm: ‘Salvation’, Deacon Phil Richardson

Wednesday 24 April, 8pm-9.30pm: ‘New Life’, Fr Rod Jones OSB (Dean of Brighton & Hove Deanery)

Wednesday 8 May, 8pm-9.30pm: ‘Receiving the Promise of the Holy Spirit’, Michelle Moran, Sion Community

Wednesday 15 May, 8pm-9.30pm: ‘Mission’, Fr Richard Ounsworth OP

Saturday 18 May, 6pm-8pm: Pentecost Vigil at Arundel Cathedral, a special service for The Promise of the Father, with Adoration and Prayer Ministry

Thursday 23 May, 8pm-9.30pm: ‘A New Creation’, Bishop Richard Moth
