A Mass of celebration and thanksgiving was held on 19 December at Holy Family Catholic Primary School, Addlestone, to mark Steve Tindall’s twelve years of Headship as he leaves teaching after thirty-five years in Catholic education.

Fr John Dickson celebrated Mass with the whole school community, staff past and present, governors and colleagues from Xavier Catholic Education Trust and beyond.

Warm tributes were paid to Steve, most notably by the pupils themselves, who expressed their thanks to him for being a wonderful Head.  

Julie Oldroyd, Director of Education, read a message from Bishop Richard and presented Steve with a diocesan medal in recognition of his service to the school and to the wider diocesan mission.
