In today’s changing and challenging world, an increasing number of people are discovering how helpful it can be to have someone trained and trusted, to walk alongside them in their journey of faith. This is called spiritual direction.

Each of us meets God in our everyday circumstances, sometimes we just need a little help and encouragement to recognise it. Spiritual accompaniment offers a safe space in which to explore and reflect on our relationship with God, whatever that is like.

The diocesan A&B Spirituality Network includes a number of experienced Spiritual Directors available to accompany people on their walk with God.
