Earlier this year, as part of the TeachFirst Early Career Framework (ECF) Ofsted inspection, the Xavier Catholic Education Trust ECF provision was selected by Ofsted for a deep dive into the quality of its delivery of the ECF programme.

Xavier Teaching School Hub was thrilled to announce this week that the official report has been published and the TeachFirst ECF programme has been rated Outstanding in all areas by Ofsted!

Xavier Teaching School Hub offered huge thanks to everyone involved in the Ofsted interviews that were conducted for the inspection, for their invaluable contributions. Writing on Instagram, they said:
